EDM Wire Cutting
We operate Swiss manufactured Charmilles EDM Machines which are regarded as the Rolls Royce of wire cut machines.
There is no limit to the hardness of material: as long as it is conductive we can cut it. Wire cut machines are extremely accurate and leave and incredibly smooth surface which is not possible with other cutting methods.
Some of the key features:
5 - 10 micron accuracy
30° taper cutting.
